"Excellent facilities — pool, table tennis, gym. Rooms were comfortable, although not spacious. Very good breakfast, with incredible variety and quantity of items on the buffet — although some items did not seem to be freshly made every morning. Would have been nice to have had homemade jams, rather than the packaged kind. "The location is unbeatable, almost at the bottom of the island of Ortigia but within 20 minutes walk of central Syracuse. The staff are among the most welcoming and helpful I've ever met, with excellent recommendations for places to visit and eat. A real hideaway holiday!"

"This hotel is somewhat under construction so the living room is not set up well but the staff is excellent, the breakfast options were good (with real cappuchino - not from a machine!) and there is an elevator so we didn't have to lug suitcases up a stairway. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping came in every day. Front desk and breakfast staff were very helpful with suggestions for restaurants, markets and a barbershop!"
