"We had the double superior room which was perfect for a teenager and adults. The door between could be closed, if needed. Good location, good sized rooms. Check in was excellent, we were able to get in 3 hours early for a small additional cost. The rooftop pool was fantastic."

"This hotel is a nice upscale hotel right next to Georgetown and in particular quick access to a large number of Michelin rated restaurants. It is also very close to a variety of historic sites that you can easily walk to. It has a lovely roof top infinity pool overlooking the straight. The hotel rooms are all super clean and well appointed and modern. The staff was always very helpful and got to know us by name. It is also far enough from the more touristy party centres so that you feel like you are visiting and not touring. We walked to other hotel areas to see if they might be better but we concluded that when we return to Penang, we will stay at the Prestige again."

"Room was super clean , very convenient location. Awesome bathroom! The only thing I’d love to see improved is WiFi. Currently they give you a voucher with the length of stay but it only allows 2 phones to be connected? I wanted to use my laptop for work and needed to disconnect one of the phones to use it, plus it’s pretty spotty. Other than that great hotel!"

"Overall it was excellent stay, though the reception and the concierge were most of the time occupied, most of the time, 1 person at the reception, and 1 or none at the concierge, so it was not so convenient to sort out a few minor issues. Nice view from the balcony, good foods and service and pleasant pool and gym."
