Excellent location, close to all the sights and sounds of George Town. The building has charming heritage character on the outside but is beautifully maintained and tastefully renovated inside. The lobby is gorgeous, and the staff are consistently warm, friendly, and helpful. Service throughout my stay was exceptional. I stayed in a Superior King Room — freshly renovated, well-appointed, and with lovely views of the ocean and city. Great value for money, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations."
