The location is great and the old furnishings and hotel echoed bygone eras. The air conditioning was very noisy and the room itself was not very clean as it is an old hotel

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff

Amazing small hotel. Not many guests so never felt crowded. Staff were amazing and friendly. The rooms and building are full of character. A great place to stay.

Enchanting hotel with lovely staff, beautifully restored to its 1800s originins with perfect contempprary art work. It is situated in a great location with easy walking access to most things one could want.

Nice, unique hotel. Good breakfast and nice staff. Main con is it's close to a bar playing very loud music all night Friday until the early hours of the morning

Gorgeous little heritage boutique hotel, decorated with an eclectic mix of old and modern pieces of artwork. Bedroom and bathroom were huge and the breakfast, served in their restaurant, was excellent. Staff was wonderful and always very helpful! Location was perfect!

It’s a cozy and quaint colonial style of accommodation, room is huge but the bathroom is a bit dated, needs an uplift. The staffs are very friendly, we enjoyed our stay during our short trip.

You are not regret choosing this little oasis in the middle of Georgetown. Love lane is where all the good food is right adjacent and it’s great walkable to everywhere. Lovingly restored and nice, soft beds and great pillows.

Suite we booked for 6 people is a must to try. Old charm and comfortable to relax for the afternoon heat. Very impressed with the quality of service and hospitality. Will come back again!

Loving 23 Love Lane

We had a divine experience in this wonderful hotel in the heart of George Town. The owner is kind and wants the very best for your stay. The staff is attentive. The rooms are also massive and the garden is cozy and a great place to relax after exploring Penang.

Fantastic stay!

Incredible stay. The hotel structure itself is beautiful and the ambiance is very inviting. The room was spacious comfortable rooms. Location is prime walking distance to all the hot spots in Georgetown. Breakfast was thoughtful and delicious. Finally, the hotel staff, particularly Amer, are incredibly welcoming, warm, and make you feel so comfortable & safe during your stay. My only wish is that we had stayed longer!
