"The location is absolutely beautiful! The front desk employees were kind, professional and knowledgeable. The grounds were expertly manicured. The cleanliness of the room was immaculate. The pool was clean and icy cold. No jacuzzi but no issues here. The sitting areas with the fire pits were one of the best features. Definitely recommend and I’m coming back to enjoy the property. "

"They gave away my room, charged me for another room and hid for five days so they couldn’t get my refund. Also had talk to a front desk a day prior to check in and still gave away my room, More likely will have to talk to a lawyer"

"This was a clean, budget friendly place to stay. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and bikes. The rooms did not have a lot of outlets/additional space to accommodate our family of four, but the location was great. "

"This place was so quintessentially Palm Springs we absolutely loved it! I hope they keep most of the decor when they remodel. The lobby, shared pools, and grounds were so beautiful! The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious (albeit expensive like all restaurants we went to!). The only thing that wasn’t great was the food at the coffee shop (coffee was great, pastries were very old and stale and the pizza was odd tasting, not like pizza) an the bathrooms in the rooms - they had sliding barn doors that didn’t close all the way which is silly. We were just with our small family, and there were so many other restaurant to choose from, that this don’t put any damper on our trip. We would highly recommend if you’re looking for a beautiful pool to relax around on your trip! We will absolutely be back!"

"Our stay was great. We liked the location facing a forest with a creek. Staff was friendly. On another note: Nothing to do with our stay, but I’ve been having a problem with the Expedia app. It seems to be running painfully slow… other apps are available to book same hotel. Problem was on mobile no other apps were affected. Just that one must be something to do with the Expedia server."

"Breakfast was good. Maybe fewer carbs would be nice? Decor is a little dated Mediterranean or Mexican, but overall very comfortable, quiet, and clean."

"Our stay was a delight with a mineral rich pool and 2 hot tubs, a desert themed room with a great air conditioner, and the Soleil Grill & Bar. We dined on generously portioned and delightfully presented simple fare with friendly staff. We could have taken the meal and drinks out picnic-style around the pool but stayed in the comfy dining area. A great place to relax to enjoy the hot springs in a big pool with a comfy atmosphere. "

"We stayed one night and overall it was a very nice place to stay. The property is right on the lake so the view was really beautiful and you can walk out onto the docks which is great. The condo isn’t too fancy or anything but it was spacious and clean and had what we wanted. Heads up their check in time is 5pm, which is later than I’ve experienced anywhere - we were able to get in earlier but you have to show up to the front desk and ask to do so. Good experience overall though. "
