"The staff were fantastic, their service was great, there is no lift to upstairs rooms and we were on the 2nd floor, staff did carry my bag up and down but there should be a lift in the new part of the building. It is a lovely old building with charm and close to the city. Filter in bathroom (on wall) needs cleaning it was clogged with fluff and creating the start of mold in the bathroom. "

where is the car park
"a guide to where the carpark is would be useful for those not familiar with the hotel, as this would save parking outside on a hazardous double yellow area whilst coming into the hotel to get directions"
