No expedia gold rewards offered at all tho and note the coffee facilities are just a kettle which is disappointing for a hotel like this."

The staff at the bar, reception and restaurant were fantastic and the housekeeping staff went out of their way to tend to an extra request or two. Breakfast selection was impressive and very tasty indeed! Thanks to Guvinder on Reception at check-in for the breakfast recommendation and for going that extra mile to deliver something special for our celebratory trip to Birmingham."
