"Hotel was very clean and not noisy. No problems with free wifi. However the bar and restaurant facilities are part of the hotel reception. So not the most salubrious area.to sit in but perfectly acceptable hotel for a short stay in stratford area. "

"Never got to stay here. Front desk said they don’t have my reservation even tho I paid for it. The lady was extremely rude with an attitude also. After being on a plane for 7 hours, all I wanted to do was rest. I should’ve listened to the other reviews that said they don’t honor their reservations. It’s completely true. "
