"It was walkable to points of interest in Florence. It’s an older hotel and parking is almost impossible. The room was clean and the front desk person was very helpful. I would probably spend more money to have a place with parking. "

"Location Location Location!! Everything was super close. Short walk to the Duomo and everything around it including restaurants. The only thing missing was a bit more of a kitchen space would be perfect. The shower glass wall needs some sealer at the bottom. Our flight was late and they went above and beyond to get us in late. Super friendly staff. Extremely clean. Luggage storage was available to us for €5 each bag…super convenient. We highly recommend and definitely stay again!!"

"The hotel was a bit of the beaten bath, but the area was very quiet and not too busy. The help desk was very courteous and answered all of our concerns. They even helped out with calling a taxi when we overslept on the day of our flight. They came in clutch! Would definitely recommend"

"Safe and a quiet location, about 15-20 minute walk to the tourist areas and landmarks. Room was spacious and very modern, the hotel was very clean and it smelled very nice. The breakfast was good (10 euros per person, was told $8 but then we got charged $10) and the breakfast area was really cute."

"The property is well located, only 15minutes walk from the station and easy to find thanks to the straightforward instructions provided by Andreas team. The common area provided snacks, juices, teas and filter water. The room was clean, spacious and the bed wae comfortable. The tv had all the apps which was good after a long day exploring. "The property was pretty, the views were great, our room was huge, and, the bed was comfortable with a jetted tub. For those who travel here, it is great if you have a car or taxi as it is a 1/2 mile up a steep long driveway. I also suggest that guests bring snacks and beverages as there are none on the property and it is hard to find staff if you have questions."

"Marcelo was great at meeting me to do check in; this is more like a private boutique /self check in hotel…. Real easy to access it and safe neighborhood…very spacious room only downfall is that there is no elevator and it’s on third floor…just FYI- but I was good exercise ;) Breakfast and service was fabulous… simple menu but great quality… I would stay there again!"

"It goes above and beyond for the expectations for a 2 star hotel. Also it has free parking , which in Florence is great. Breakfast was good and varied. The area is beautiful, calm and silent, we really slept well and our room was warm in a cold winter night. It’s basic but what do you expect from a 2 star place?
