"We stayed for two nights, and were out sight seeing most of the day. Checking and check out was easy. Side note, you have to contact the service on WhatsApp, since they don’t respond to phone calls… the room was fine, the AC worked but didn’t seem to blow cool air out, but could manage degrees as 24 celcius. "Absolutely loved our stay here. The terrace French doors and the high ceilings made me feel like I a Victorian princess. I loved opening the doors and the patio doors for the view and for breeze. There are stairs to the property and you have to check in a bloc or two away so be prepared to walk but with the stairs came a ton of safety!!! Four locks to get through. Felt super safe here. I also loved how we were in the heart of Florence but from the back patio it was so quiet you didn’t hear any...

"We loved our stay at Benci! It’s in a prime location and surprisingly quiet, given it’s above a bar. Super clean, cute, and comfortable. If you have a larger checked bag be aware there are steps up to the guest house, but it wasn’t an issue for us. The bar downstairs (Moyo Bar) is also very hospitable and a great spot for an espresso or drink. We had a car and the parking garage Benci recommended was close and easy to find. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!"

"The location was perfect! We were a short walk from all the sights, and there were great restaraunts right next door and nearby. We stayed in the Da Vinci room and the room was spacious with enough space for our family of 4 and was clean. The staff was accommodating and responsive. Loved our stay here. "
