"Very convenient to the central tourist area. Easily walkable to most things. Room was small as we didn't use the small loft. Shower was very small and the door did not work very well. Check-in is at the Hotel Venito, which is a short walk away. That hotel is easier to find than where you will actually stay. Overall, fine for our purposes. "

"Basic room with no fridge. Average really room showing its age but was clean and towels were good quality. Room was air conditioned Shower is rainbow style I guess I expected a little more from Firenze for what I paid in Oct Room was fine and I would stay there again but would look for more amenities in the room. Fine for a weekend but not for a week or long term stay. "

"A very comfortable - and affordable - stay in Florence. Very near to the central attractions and the rail station. Communication with the hotel was very easy and the staff were very accommodating, looking after my rucksack all day and meeting me with my room key at the start of the day as soon as my train arrived in Florence. There were tea-making facilities but sadly these wouldn't work as the plug types of the kettle didn't match that of those of the room. "

"Unpleasant stay. To start with, you need to contact the host to be able to checkin, luckily we had a SIM card, otherwise this would have been very problematic. After finally reaching the host, she very rudely answered, and made us wait 5 minutes to be able to go inside, while we were waiting outside in the rain with all of our bags. The checkin process was awful, and took almost 45 minutes. The host became very hostile and rude when we requested an AC remote, insisting that we did not need...

"Great location and room. If you want to be close to centro but also have some separation from the business this is ideal. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the main train station, 10 minutes to the galleria museum (statue of David) and the main centro area. Very clean, large bathroom, easy in/out. Great value. One reviewer said it was noisy, I didn’t think so. You will occasionally hear some traffic but vs being in centro it is quite calm. "

"We do not see any personal team in 3 days and 2 nights. If you call them, they will charge you $50 per call. They do not provide you any whatsap number but we received several whatsap text asking for payments of city tax after we leave the property. We never see how to get the balcony showing in the promotional pictures. No elevator or it was close all the time. "

"This was part of our celebration of our 45th anniversary. This villa exceeded my expectations in so many ways. Emiliano and his staff were attentive, kind, caring and helped my personally with two "out of the box" issues during my stay. In short it was (from the perspective of a Texan travelling to Italy) the iconic Tuscany experience one is in search of.
