"We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the place very much. We stayed in room 405 and it was Very large, in clouding a balcony that wrapped around the entire side and to the front of the property where there was a view of Florence. Two small. Things- this property is at least 20 minute walk to most attractions in Florence so just know that but, because of that we discovered a wonderful restaurant- Trattoria Cesarino- ate there twice- get the small steak Florentine. Second: DO NOT get the jacuzzi experience!! It was a complete waste of money. The jacuzzi is on the rooftop facing Florence- sounds wonderful, right? But, no. The jacuzzi is oriented away from this so that the cover to the jacuzzi completely blocks any view except of the jacuzzi cover. Great idea, poorly executed. The last photo shows what I’m talking about. "

"Wow this hostel was truly an all-inclusive experience. We got a private room and it was HUGE! Our room was clean and everything was up to par. The hotel is in an exceptionally walkable area. There’s a streetcar and bus that you can catch right from the Florence train to the hotel which was very convenient. The pool area was a fantastic amenity and relaxing escape from the bustling city. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this property. Only slight issue is the long check in line but it goes by fast. "

"This hotel has very helpful and friendly staff and customer service . A/C works. Very well during hot summer. Hotel is well located . Rooms comfortable. We had breakfast included with was a plus , it had everything and more. Hotel was clean and has elevators . Cafe and bar open until late night . 100% recommend it . "

"Great location to restaurants and many attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Agusto checked us in and gave us some amazing local recommendations. I have a very sensitive nose, and the hotel smelled absolutely incredible, which made a great first impression. We were so pleased with our room. After hopping around Italy, this stay felt like the perfect mix of convenience and affordable luxury. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting. The only small downside was that the blackout curtains didn’t fully block out the light, but everything else was truly fantastic."
