"Stayed here for two nights when we needed to be close to Elstree studios, which is just 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Good value for money. Very clean, light and good sized room with very comfortable bed. A convenient M & S food store next door. Lovely staff, particularly Julie, who was so friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. "We arrived at the hotel at about 6pm and the young gentleman who was on duty at reception was extremely pleasant and helpful. When we got back from our night out at about 11.30pm he was still there smiling and gave us some more milks for a cup of tea and helped us with the vending machine. It makes such a change nowadays to find staff who are pleasant and helpful."
