"Very friendly and professional check-in. Stayed in room 306. Decor was tired and scruffy. Dangerous light socket by the bed. Window was filthy and all the paint work around it was a mess. Breakfast options were OK. Overall disappointed by the quality of the room and wouldn’t recommend."

"breakfast staff and the bar staff were brill, thank you all. The only thing that was missing in the room was a hairdryer, I thought there would be one, as 99% of the time they are always in the rooms. Otherwise, thoroughly enjoyed our stay"

"We stayed for 4 nights. It was really hot out and the room was hot. First room, a/c didn't work. They changed us to another room. 2nd room, a/c worked first night. Then each day it stopped working. The front staff said that they disconnect the a/c each day. It is absolutely ridiculous. I do not recommend this hotel."

"very quite room in spite of being in the city of Windsor . A good pub across the street (30 seconds walk) , plenty of parking, good breakfast. Highly recommended"

"Very nice, comfortable room, nice to have the kitchen. Lots of space outside to eat and relax! The kids loved the animals and that it’s clise to Legoland! The restaurant near by was really nice too and also easy to get around without a car."
