"Beautiful hotel with some of the most lovely staff we have encountered. Rooms are spacious, clean with comfortable beds and great amenities. A great option for an NYC stay! Would highly recommend."

"Best hotel on the upper east side."

"Nous avons adoré le quartier environnant, avec multitudes de bons restaurants, magasins, et Central Park à seulement quelques minutes de marche. Coin également très calme. Notre chambre était très propre et grande. L'air conditionné est efficace mais fait du bruit. Le personnel est toujours très courtois et prêt à aider. Nous avons adoré notre séjour."

"Welcoming staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely atrium and courtyard for sipping coffee in the morning. Excellent location close to museums, Central Park, good bakeries, cafes, and restaurants."

"I honestly haven't had a good experience here from the room's view to the whole experience. This includes the front desk being unable to accept Apple Pay, being told the promised refund would be sent as a check to my home, having my name written incorrectly twice Mr…, then changing the refund method to a wire (which is fine but not what I was told), and finally, not receiving the funding for a month."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. This was one of the most affordable places close to Cental Park. Great dining and coffee/bagel shops. Nice kitchennet with stovetop, microwave, and dishes for two, for a longer term stay. Nice complimentary coffee bar with cappuccinos, lattes, and tea."

"A very large and spacious apartment - plenty of room for a family of four (could sleep six), a fantastic base for a sightseeing trip in NYC. Plenty of shops and amenities nearby, a five minute walk to the subway and a ten minute walk to Central Park. Communication with the host was excellent and the use of Door app for entry and access to a luggage holding room for our arrival/departure days meant we could make the most of our time in the city. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here...
