Unfortunately one wasn't available but he then helped me book a taxi as I wasn't aware of the hospital location. When we returned the next morning he let us stay an extra day for a reduced price. "There wasn't a ramp for handicapped people. A ramp would also help people with rolling their luggage. A handrail is needed for the front door. People were using the flower planter."

"I was pleased to receive an upgraded room, which was lovely. Shoutout to concierge Chris who helped me with my boarding pass on the day of my departure. Cucina has excellent food and pleasant staff. There are even more shopping options in the area than when I last stayed in the hotel and that was extremely convenient."

"We stayed for 2 nights to attend concerts at the O2 and Tottenham Stadium. Super convenient for both. The hotel & room was lovely. Only thing we’d change was the length of the bed. It was noticeably short. I am 5’8” and my feet hung off the end. My husband is 6’5” and had no chance! Not unusual for him to have feet right at the bottom, but I don’t normally have that issue. The bed itself was very comfy and lovely bedding, linens, towels etc., so this is a minor point, but it might put us off rebooking again. "
