"Although I arrived at the hotel around 9:00 a.m. for a one-night stay, I was able to check in and access my room immediately. Having arrived in London on an overnight flight from Ghana early that morning, I was able to shower, enjoy lunch in the city, and feel refreshed enough to make the most of the afternoon and evening. The Chinese restaurant on the top floor is also excellent; next time, I would love to book a table and try the Peking duck."

"خدمه الغرف سيئه جدا!! لا يتم تنضيف الغرفه بشكل جيد و في بعض الأيام با يأتون للتنضيف اصلا اللا بعد اتصالي و رفع شكوي. الرد علي الاتصالات الداخليه مأساه!! يتم الرد بعد لاتصال التاني او الثالث احيانا!! بشكل عام لا يستحق تقييم ٥ نجوم اطلاقا "
