"There weren't any cups in the room, one of the wash cloths was dirty, the room door to the hallway wasn't sealed very well, breakfast was disappointing, no protein or warm food, and there was a fee for parking in an outdoor uncovered parking lot..Needless to say, I wasn't impressed."
