"Our stay was extremely disappointing. The front desk staff were rude and dismissive from the moment we arrived. I had a baby listed on my reservation, yet the hotel did not have a pack and play or crib available. Instead of trying to find a solution, they simply said they didn’t have one. When I explained that my baby does not sleep in the same bed as adults and asked who would be responsible if my child fell out of the bed, I was told, “It’s not our responsibility if that happens.” I found that...

"Clean rooms, friendly staff"

"I think they should consider do a deep cleaning, specially in the bathrooms. The matresses are not very comfortable. I reserved the family deluxe room with 3 beds and a sofa with option as bed, but we couldn't use because it was very dirty. The good thing was that the room was very spacious and we could fit a inflatable matress. There was crocraches running around so try not to leave food. I will probably not stay here again in the future."

"Elevators were very slow and always packed. Just getting from the 3rd floor to the lobby was about 7-10 mins wait. Staff were nice and helpful, clean room and good breakfast. Could see our car in the parking lot from our room which was calming to our concern of being downtown."

"I’ve stayed here a few times due to its location. This past stay was the worst one. Imagine finding out that you weren’t given fresh clean sheets on your first night. When I woke up in the morning I pulled the blankets off and saw that not only was there some blood on the bed but also 2 bloody bandaids that did not belong to me! That was so disgusting. Then, I’m not certain what made me look, but inside the a/c were molded crackers! Will definitely make sure to get a clean room the next time."
