"Although it is a historical landmark hotel, I still think some upkeep needs to be done. The telephone in our room looked straight from the 90s, stained yellow and old. I’d get something that matches the aesthetic a bit more. The vanity by the fridge was dirty as if someone had done their makeup before I arrived and it hadn’t been cleaned. The clock and tv also didn’t work."

"My stay was wonderful but the only worst part is staff. I called 3 time to hotel before we checked in and was told so many different things and fees and when I got to check in the charges were double what I was told and when I checked out it was same thing sorry u can get full deposit back cause we charge for car parking plus we have to inspect room before anything is given back and I asked about this before getting room key and I was told opposite"
