"Excellent all round hotel. The one thing i did notice at breakfast was the inconsistent service from some members of staff. Although they were all very professional, some were less inspired than others. Gong bar was absolutely amazing. Special thanks to Holly who was an absolutely excellent, kind and professional host. The pool and sauna was well maintained and a lovely place to unwind."

"Really enjoyed the BL. The staff was very accommodating, we stayed inside courtyard suite so we could sit outside in the mornings for coffee. We cooked on one night and managed with just the essentials they provide. The gym was great, it had everything we needed despite being small. It does requires a reservation but we had no problem securing time. We really enjoyed the walk from the hotel through Bermondsey to the London Tower underground with access to everything. Lots of bars, restaurants and food stores within a few minutes walk. Would stay there again without hesitation. "
