Staff very welcoming on arrival. Room was small but clean and bright. Added touches like bottled water, biscuits and a fridge were great. We also got a rose each which was lovely. Hotel itself was less than 10 mins walk from Southwark Subway. The breakfast in morning was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Pleasant stay, clean room, comfy bed. Additional extras like free bottled water and fruit in the room we're a nice touch. Room was a little noisy from other guests passing outside the door, given it was so close to reception. The free continental breakfast was actually pretty decent, although fully vegetarian, and did include a couple of hot options in the shape of beans and fried eggs. However, the Expedia listing says full English breakfast is available to buy at a surcharge, which I was looking forward to and disappointingly was not actually the case. Overall much better than most hotels of a similar price point I've used in London, though, and will happily stay again.

The staff were very welcoming and organised. Close to Southwark tube with easy routes to Wembley Stadium and Waterloo East for our journey home it was the perfect spot for a one night no nonsense stay. Very happy.
