"We stayed here for a week, so the kitchenette with a washer/dryer was so convenient. We could easily walk to the train station and there were bus stops all around. Behind the hotel was an adorable street with small shops, restaurants, bakeries, and a small park. Walking to Tower Bridge was so easy, and the Tower of London was right across the river. The staff were so helpful and friendly, using email and WhatsApp to communicate quickly and efficiently. We were so glad to have found this hotel!"

"We stayed several nights and found our room comfortable and clean. Check-in was a little awkward due to the distraction of a misbehaving fire alarm but all other interactions with the reception desk were quick and efficient. The room had everything we needed - kitchenette was well appointed, washer-dryer in good order (detergent and soaps provided). The hotel was quiet and bed comfortable. An extra chair (or high stool at the counter) would have been welcome, but that is a minor quibble. Note that as this is an apart-hotel they do not do daily room cleaning / straightening. But fresh towels were easily available, and anything else we needed. It was good to have the common area/ lounge available. The location was convenient (note that Mansion House tube Station works, with a walk over Southwark Bridge) and there were restaurants nearby and the Borough Market. It is easy to walk either west or east along the Thames. All in all, a great place for a home away from home. "

"This was our first time staying at this hotel, and it was very clean, and the lobby was quiet and welcoming. The staff are friendly and attentive. I especially want to mention the front desk attendant, though I’ve forgotten his name, he was exceptionally helpful and courteous. We'll be staying at this hotel again."
