"Such a good hotel with reasonable price"

"موظفين الاستقبال يحتاجون الكثير من التدريب واللباقه"

"Although a bit expensive the staff was amazing and a very good location especially for a 2 day stay"

"What I didn't like was this hotel was small but for some reason online looking at the 360 tour it seemed a lot larger especially the bar and lounge area just happened to be a small room and the bartender turned out also to be the room service delivery person so we had to watch this lady go back and forth and back and forth we had to wait for food wait for drinks because they literally every night just had one person to do bartending and when the food from the kitchen came to the bar that person...

"Generous hot breakfasts included. Everything in room in great working condition. Easy access to tube, buses and giant Sainsbury. Will stay again for sure."

"The room I stayed was relatively small"

"Overall great hotel - they have something scented on the common areas which is a bit too much for scent sensitive people. It smells nice just a bit overwhelming. Also, the airport shuttle only goes to terminal 2 and since we were going to terminal 1 they said they would book us a taxi. That was fine however the can cost like $30 euros for 10 mins and an uber would have been $10 euros so be aware of that. Breakfast was the same as every other Hampton inn - decent. I would probably stay again"

"The hotel is in a good area to see many of the sites within walking distance. The train and tube station are close, a bus stop in front of the hotel. The hotel is very nice, clean and well kept. The beds are comfortable and it's very quiet. The food is good in the restaurant. I would stay here again."

"Very nice place, the only downside is there were no blackout curtains. So in June, we were woken up very early by the light. Also from the children going to the school right next door. Other than that bed was comfy, very clean and had a very nice welcoming."

"They advertised stairs but 4 lots stairs so found it a struggle . The bed was only double not king size bed has put in description. We felt room just not that clean . The staff were very helpful."

"Unique and comfortable stay. Lovely location next to Waterloo. Room was bigger than it looked online. Check it was good (contact them for checking instructions prior to your stay) It’s really not as loud as people say (yes there’s some noise from the trains)"
