"Shashi was a very nice, upscale hotel with a lot of great upgrades. The only annoying part of the stay was the TV service, which was spotty at best. But we weren't there to watch TV so it was just a little annoyance. The lighting feature in the room was very nice, until it did an unexpected light show, but that was just funny! Would highly recommend!!"

"Nice hotel in center of the city surrounded by good eateries and all city attractions closeby . The Santa Cruz boardwalk is close and the hotel rooms were very comfortable and spacious for a family stay . Highly recommend the hotel ."
