"Our stay at the Convention Center Inn and Suites was wonderful. The staff was kind and very attentive to our needs. The office manager, Nick, checked on us every day to make sure we had everything we needed for the day. He has a quick wit and likes to crack jokes, which we appreciated after a stressful travel day into the city. "Booked a non smoking room but had a very weird order when you first entered. Keep the central air on all day and night. The shower curtain was too short and water got all over the floor."

"restroom was very dirty. water in bathtub was backed up and not draining properly. floors in room were dirty. smelled of smoke very badly. however, bedding was clean and i did appreciate that and the size of bed and room. staff was helpful despite being very busy."

"The manager was awesome. The parking lot and outside area is very nicely landscaped and kept clean. The rooms were nice. Had some upgrades shower bathroom. Those were recently remodeled could’ve used a couple details in the inside the room. There was a slight gap under the door that led a little dust in my only real complaint otherwise a very cool place and I plan on going and visiting it again."
