"Fantastic location near Union Square. An easy walk to Embarcadero and Oriole Park. Plus a very short walk from Powell BART station. Rooms and beds are large and modern. Staff were super friendly and accommodating - even gave us a free early check-in after we arrived very tired from Australia. Would definitely stay here again. Great option for families or groups requiring 2 large beds. "

"I absolutely enjoyed my stay! It’s a 10/10 for me. I was looking for something inexpensive and that had everything I needed. This was it. I felt very comfortable and happy. If you’re looking for “just right”, nothing over the top or less, stay here. The roof top and breakfast are pluses. Though I would say go at 8am for breakfast lol, for some reason it tasted better after 8am. The hotel is clean and the staffs were amazing. So helpful, starting from the door man to the front desk to room service. Shout out to Milena for all her help! And for the environment, I’m from the NY area so seeing specs of homeless ppl here and there in union square wasn’t much of a bother, just go your way and have a fun time. -And lastly, for those that want to know, the water pressure in the bathroom is amazing! :) "
