"Hotel Griffon was a quaint hotel with lots of charm. It gives the vibes of a much older San Francisco. The staff were lovely and couldn’t help but to enjoy our stay. The location of the hotel was perfect for checking out the local scene as it was close to all the San Francisco touristy spots. A couple of notes of improvement however; there was no control over the temperature in our rooms and the accessibility to our rooms were ridiculously frustrating. The rooms utilized a key card slide system instead of a tap. The slide mechanism for our room was rather out dated and I need of repair. It would take us 10 minutes to get the key card slide right before we entered. The rooms had no individual control over ambient temperature so it would get rather hot in our room. Overall the Hotel Griffon is a hotel definitely worth staying at, but definitely not a go to. "

"I had a work conference across the street at the Marriott. The room rates and parking rates at Hotel Zelos were much better than even the conference rate. They accommodated my family of 4 well. My son lost his cell in the bedding and the hotel contacted the laundry service and was able to locate and ship back the phone. Clean up-to-date hotel with everything that I need in a hotel. "

"This was the first time I had stayed at the Hyatt and my mom's first time in San Francisco. From the time we checked in and were helped bring our bags to our room, we were incredibly happy. The service was amazing. Every staff member we interacted with was fantastic and very kind. The room was lovely and cozy. The location was great; it was right in the middle of everything which made it easy to stay busy. We will definitely be returning to the Hyatt!"

"Top-tier all the way around - wish we were in town for a longer stay! Even stored bags and car for a matinee Giants game the next day. The friendliest, most accommodating staff! Missed the restaurant open hours, but the Living Room bar had great after hours food and service. Loved all the luxurious amenities and had just a fantastic experience!"
