"My cousin & I stayed at Double Tree as it was close to the train station and MSG. We got a good price. The window had a frosted, peel and stick cover. It was already peeling so we noticed the window view was a wall. We had to ask for a sheet change due to finding a hair. Initially, housekeeping was going to just use a lint roller!! But I requested a sheet change. They were pleasant about the request. Rachid who I was communicating with was very helpful & the rest of the stay was uneventful. No “WOW” factor but it was clean, comfortable and suited our budget & needs. I can’t complain too much. Oh, the cookies were the worst kind of fake out…they had chocolate chips & nuts but they were oatmeal! Good for breakfast bad for a treat. LOL"
