The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located right in front of the famous Lāindustrie Pizza and down the street is Little Italy with many great restaurants. There famous caffe Paradiso is only a 7 min walk and a 5 min walk to Leons bagels! The hotel provided a free water dispenser down in their lobby as well as free coffee and teas. They also provide free yummy croissants in the mornings. I would definitely stay here again.

We love this hotel! It was our second stay here. The staff is very friendly and recognized us quickly as we were there for 3 days. It's in a great location-subway stop is around the corner, many dining options, and a very quiet room. The shower was amazing and the room was very spacious with a huge television. The only thing we didnāt love is that they put a $600 hold on our credit card upon arrival. It was refunded after checkout, but I don't remember seeing anything about that when I booked....

This is a gem of a hotel - small, quiet, well
appointed in a great location with pleasant, competent staff. Breakfast is included and served in a lovely cafe located at the back of the hotel, looking over their central terrace. I have never had a quieter room in New York including at much pricier hotels. Super comfortable and just a lovely space. The only downer is the front door is hard to find. Signage would help!
