"I have stayed at this hotel 6 times previously with no problems. The location has always been the main draw, however i always found everything else to be of a reasonable standard. This time, no real lock on door, 1 hand towel for 2 people, no other towels. Carpet in room was damp and in massive need of replacement. No extra pillows. Lifts bearly work. 10 quid charge for bags is a disgrace. I am very sad about this hotel, it needs serious updating and improvements. "
