"Great staff and experience."

"We stayed at Comfort Inn for the first time in Charleston and were pleasantly surprised so moving down to Savannah we decided to stay at Comfort In again. How disappointing. The property was so run down, the sink and pipes rusty and the water tasted off. The ac did not work Breakfast was gross. We couldn’t wait to leave in the morning and were thankful we just chose 1 night. We felt the price we paid was way too much for what we got. Overall an awful experience and I wouldn’t ever stay here...

"The two garbage cans in the room looke like they were made for little kids. The food was good. I liked the pool and whirlpool. They looked well mantained. TV channel selection was limited."

"There was a weird, very bad leak in the room. Inches of water, requiring a room change"

"Very clean room..,:but the elephant up above us was unbelievably loud night and morning! Traffic noise was bad also. We were on the 2nd floor maybe it’s better up higher."

"The hotel itself was great but the location was horrible…not convenient to anything!"

"I really enjoyed the breakfast. It was tasty and fulfilling. Great Job."

"Need some new pillows! And they should attend to the rooms like they say after 3 days. No one came to empty trash or a light cleaning at all"

"All of the staff members were fantastic! Especially the breakfast crew! My kids loved the roof top pool and we all enjoyed walking to restaurants and ice cream along the riverwalk."

"front desk staff was great. valet was great. consigners were great. housekeeping was great breakfast needs more selections"

"Our first room we checked into was unacceptable, dirty windows on walkout patio, chipped paint on doorways throughout. Asked for different room and was placed up on floor 11 which was really dark in the hallway for some reason. That room was fine but had uncomfortable beds. Breakfast and staff in restaurant were excellent. Location was good and valet staff was great."

"Very clean & nice!"
