"This is the furthest most point out into the Bay on Chadwick Island! You can fish, crab, sun bathe, grill, picnic party or chill right from your own dock. There are plenty of chairs and loungers provided on the deck. The bedrooms are roomy and clean and all of the linens and towels are provided. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils and All-Clad cookware. Honestly, it was a little hard for me to cook eggs and such on All-Clad with stainless steel spatulas. It would have been nice to have some silicone utenciils. The bathrooms were clean, however, the toilets need updated to be ADA compliant. My husband is 6'6" tall and did not like squatting on a low toilet. The owner does provide cooler bags, beach towels, bikes, dog bowls, umbrellas,everything you can imagine etc. There was water damage in the main room and the leather furniture has been worn off. The legs of the checker table have been chewed and the lounge chair was broken when we arrived. This house is gorgeous and needs some updating and attention. Please don't think I am bashing this post. I am just giving an honest review and providing info to the next person. Other than these simple things that can be looked over, the house is AMAZING! It is in the PERFECT LOCATION! And everything that you need to enjoy your vacation is provided by Debbie."

"Kathie was wonderful, very accommodating and flexible. When we needed to extend our stay, she quickly opened up additional dates for us without hesitation. We were in between homes and looking for a short-term rental, and this cottage was the perfect fit. While minimalistic, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I’d recommend it for one or two guests. It’s a small but charming space. Kathie also checked in via text to make sure everything was going smoothly and kept us informed about important weather updates. She was always easy to reach and a pleasure to communicate with. "My family of 9 had an enjoyable stay at the Lavallette Beach House the only thing that didn't cooperate was the weather but that didn't stop our fun. The house was perfect since it allowed us to have visitors and up to 2 dogs. We were visiting Jersey for my cousin's birthday and to have some beach time since we live in the desert. My family is originally from the area so having a house for friends and family to visit really allowed us to rest and sleep in instead of drving up and down the Parkway. The house had plenty of parking on site and on the street. It was quiet, yes there were cars that drove by in front of the house but it wasn't noisy or disturbing to my sleep. The house was also quiet. I couldn't hear conversations from other rooms or bathroom noises. Yes, we would hear the water from the shower but that seems to be pretty typical as well. The Kitchen provided seating for 8 around the island and plenty of couch and chair area. The outdoor seating area is spacious and provides another 6 - 8 seats. There were also sufficient amounts of plates, serving dishes, glasses and mugs. The beds were comfortable. I slept well. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and a great community. I have to give a shout out to Tracy, the Property Manager, she went above and beyond for us. Top Notch customer service and response. She even brought us an ironing board. "
