Just a great stay in a studio type room with a kitchen and a separate bedroom . The owner/staff person at the front desk upgraded me for free since I was there 3 nights (off season). A decent stay for a very decent price.

The front desk ladies Terry 1 and Terry 2 were both professional,accommodating and friendly . They were the best. Made us feel right at home. Looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended.

We love walking going to the beach. Nice staff in the front desk. The restaurant beside the motel is cool. Room are clean and even the sorroundings. Its our first time to book in this motel. We love it and thank you for the upgrade. Its really a good gift for my daughter’s bday😁😊❤️ Highly recommend guys. We will book on this motel again next summer!

Exactly what I'd hoped for. A reasonably-priced, but clean, room within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. The room was small, but included everything needed (TV, microwave, mini-fridge). The check-in was smooth, and the hostess was very welcoming and helpful. The pool and grounds were well-maintained. Tip 1: Note that the rooms do not come with hairdryers, and the only toiletries were small bar soaps, so come prepared. Tip 2: Across the street and down the block there is a newish, family-run breakfast/lunch spot "Ma's Cafe" that you MUST try. The coffee, breakfast, lunch, and hospitality were all top notch. Also, the Boatyard Burger at The Boatyard (down the street, same side as motel, closer to the highway) was THE BEST hamburger I've ever had.

Clean and staff helpful. On the other hand, because it’s a beach motel there were no amenities like shampoo, tissues, had to ask for a hair dryer and teeny bar soap. There was a kitchen but no paper towels, was a tea towel. Good air conditioning and tvs.

Set right on the edge of Point Pleasant Beach - everything is convenient and walkable for Shore Point. Don’t forget to visit Spikes Restaurant. Best Lobster Bisque right down the street. The Boardwalk is maybe a 10 minute walk. Highly recommended Shore Point.
