"My family of 9 had an enjoyable stay at the Lavallette Beach House the only thing that didn't cooperate was the weather but that didn't stop our fun. The house was perfect since it allowed us to have visitors and up to 2 dogs. We were visiting Jersey for my cousin's birthday and to have some beach time since we live in the desert. My family is originally from the area so having a house for friends and family to visit really allowed us to rest and sleep in instead of drving up and down the Parkway. The house had plenty of parking on site and on the street. It was quiet, yes there were cars that drove by in front of the house but it wasn't noisy or disturbing to my sleep. The house was also quiet. I couldn't hear conversations from other rooms or bathroom noises. Yes, we would hear the water from the shower but that seems to be pretty typical as well. The Kitchen provided seating for 8 around the island and plenty of couch and chair area. The outdoor seating area is spacious and provides another 6 - 8 seats. There were also sufficient amounts of plates, serving dishes, glasses and mugs. The beds were comfortable. I slept well. The location is perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and a great community. I have to give a shout out to Tracy, the Property Manager, she went above and beyond for us. Top Notch customer service and response. She even brought us an ironing board. "

"I would not recommend booking this property at any time. The communication and follow through was horrendous. When I did not receive check in instructions, I messaged the owner and did not hear back. When I called the next morning, he stated that he had not been able to open the house because of a family emergency but did not have the courtesy to call and let us know. We had people flying in for a family reunion from multiple states on a holiday weekend and had to search for a new property with 24 hours notice. If I had not called, we would have shown up to an unavailable house. The owner tried to say he was working on a different house but it had significantly less bedrooms and would not work. We then had to fight to get a refund despite him saying he had already processed it. When we contacted VRBO they said no request for a refund had been made. "

"The house is a charming oasis exactly as offered on line. The water views , sunsets , bird watching etc was so relaxing and lovely. Debbie the owner was so responsive and always available for our questions etc. My family and I enjoyed the location and would definitely come back "
