"Wonderful and amazing staff. We arrived early and they took our bags and then delivered them to the room after check in. We left on a cruise and they stored our bags while we went out in the morning and explored Yokohama. Great facilities, centrally located to plenty of shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend, especially before or after a cruise leaving Yokohama. "

It was an incredible experience and the staff experience alone should make people run here in droves!! It sadly rained (4.5 inches in one day alone) while we were there but the staff was always helpful with information, alternative advice, and wonderful smiles.
