"Stayed in their 4 beds room for 10 days. Pretty close the the light rail and 10 minutes walk to the train station. The room is big and clean. Comes with delicious breakfast every morning. Very happy with our stay."

"I have stayed here a couple times before and enjoyed it. It is a big hotel on the edge of a nice park with lots of greenery. A bit of a walk to various trains but not bad, maybe 10-15 min walk. Very convenient Lawson convenience store on the B2 level. Some negatives, breakfast in executive lounge the same very day. Almost exactly. The food is fine, but nothing special. Service and view are great though. Also in the lounge, which is included based on if you book on executive floors, you had better love water if you are diabetic. Many drinks are included, but no drinks are sugar free for those of us that need that. Coke Zero or Diet Coke would very much be appreciated. As for the room, mine was recently updated so it was quite nice. View was great, bed a little on firm side as are most Asian beds. Would be nice if the in room TV had apps built in like Netflix so that we don't need to use our own device to watch something. Room attendants also very nice, efficient and courteous. I would stay here again."

"I lived how clean the room was the staff was very helpful as well. We didn't eat breakfast there. I loved that they had places to eat and shop. The airport was in the same building. If I ever go back to Japan we will definitely stay there again."

"The staff was very helpful, and I am grateful for the bilingual staff! The breakfast was wonderful! Though I believe there is a cover charge for the breakfast I think its 3000 yen. However, it is buffet style but really good food. The bar has happy hour. If I come back to the Shinjuku neighborhood, this will likely be the place I stay! The hotel is clean, modern and easy to navigate."

"I liked how helpful and welcoming the front desk workers were. They always greeted us. The room was spacious enough for the both of us. Of course, we could always use some extra space. They had extra dining plates and utensils for late night bites. They also had a burner in addition to a hot water heater. I also liked how the Family Mart was a couple feet away in addition to a coffeeshop located downstairs. It is also an 8 minute walk to Shibuya Station which makes it convenient."
