"The staff were super friendly from check-in to check-out, sociable and helpful. As for the room, it’s good and had great air-conditioning. Is a bit small but to be expected for London and the price we paid. The soundproofing was excellent as we were a bit concerned about hearing trains, but didn’t hear a thing and was a good nights sleep. Bathrooms are clean and do the job fine. Again a bit small but nothing drastic, was a great stay. Still well worth it with an excellent location next to a tube station and also opposite shepherds bush msrket station. Would stay here again"
