"The hotel does not have parking. You have to look for it outside around and pray you get one. Once you get to the room… TV was the size of my laptop. You can’t change the temperature of the air conditioner so I was freezing to death. I’m still waiting on the “breakfast” or coffee and pastries that they said were included. The pool was dirty and ICED COLD. There wasn’t even a bar or music. The lamps beside the bed DID NOT WORK. Floor needed sweeping. And the bathroom tub did not have the drain for it to stay full. "

"The place/setting is incredible. The hotel is surrounded by mountains. The pictures will never reflect the real beauty of the setting. The hotel itself has a positive ambiance of relaxation and peace. The pool area is also beautiful (I would only recommend adding heating to the water). The staff is very kind and welcoming. If you add breakfast to your reservation, the staff can bring you the breakfast outside you cabin. If you choose to have diner in the evening is also very peaceful and you will be receive good attention. The bathroom needs some updates, but I definitely recommend the place. The hotel includes a Ceiba (tree) trail that reflects the beauty of the mountains and nature. You can visit the river within a walking distance."
