"Lovely rooms just horrible layout with having to walk through the restaurant to get to the stuffy hallway to the room. The signs were not helpful to point us in the needed direction and Malik just stated to go to the elevators behind the wall. Dont use this hyatt if you need to use the shuttle service as it only has "three stops" that it makes"

"Great staff from first check in the staff was helpful friendly it was a open area great lighting was in lobby and rooms where clean beds comfortable breakfast was decent coffee was good choice or half&half or oat or regular milk toasters for warming food "

"Perfect location! Quick, easy and friendly check in. Easy check out as well. Room was exactly like pictured. The only downside is that you can hear your neighbor flushing the toilet or using the shower. I just closed my bathroom door to block the sound and it was fine. Will stay again when I'm in Boston next! "
