"Beautiful hotel! I loved that they could open the sliding doors to An outdoor sitting area where you could sit and get fresh air. The staff was probably my favorite part. They were all extremely kind and friendly!"

"I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and newness feel of the guest rooms. The outside definitely is not fitting of what you find inside and within the resort. The only problem I had was with guest laundry. One of the two washers available were broken. The laundry is located outside of the resort. I made a few attempts to get help from the desk. There was some frustration with getting help for this issue, felt like they couldn't be bothered with it. They did however replace my detergent. I would stay again, and recommend to family and friends. We were visiting Universal Studios with family."
