"The rooms are beautiful and well appointed. Nice little touches south as glass water glasses, magnifying mirror, nice linens and a lovely balcony. The staff members were kind, courteous and very helpful with special requests. The proximity of the hotel to downtown Saratoga is excellent."

"I had a lovely time at the Juniper! My room felt very clean and I liked the bed and the hygiene items, no gummy bar soap! The staff were very nice, as well. I wish there was a hot tub, but that’s about it!"

"This was our second time and we love staying here when we are there! We love the beds , the bar is awesome and location is perfect!"

"Very well kept"

"★★★★★ A comfortable stay I'd happily repeat I really enjoyed my stay at Best Western University Inn Santa Clara. The rooms were spotless and well kept every day. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they were always quick to help with anything I asked for. Breakfast had a great spread with plenty of choice, and it was a good way to start each day. Parking was easy, with plenty of space. I'd gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area."

"I really like that everything was clean and you are provided with all the basic stuff you need while staying at a hotel. The only thing I wish I knew was their house keeping policy, I was not aware that you have to stay 5 days minimum in order to receive house keeping to your room. Luckily it was not the end of the world and did not taint the room itself as it was still very lovely, clean and welcoming."

"Great one night stay , close to everything and the event center we were going to! Only negative is no one told us there was going to be maintenance with water and we had no hot water for showers! It wasn’t terrible or bad just mildly annoying is all THE STAFF WERE SO AMAZING SO NICE AND SO HELPFUL!!!"

"Thank you"
