"Our favorite place to stay when we are in town for a concert. The property is pristine, welcoming and so conveniently located. The staff has always been courteous and welcoming as well. The room was beautiful with soft colors and looked out to trees and a babbling brook, lovely to wake up to. Parking is easy- and there is a (paid) shuttle to Mountain Winery available. Restaurants and shops are all walkable"

"It was nice. I was only there one night and had a late checkin. I didn’t really have time to take advantage of the place, but it looked really nice. Maybe next visit I’ll get in earlier. "

" Parking area was secure and convenient. Rooms were clean. That's the best I can say. Property is old and I heard it was just sold and the new owner will upgrade the facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant had very basic menu, more like bar food. Very limited. No coffee, had to get it in the lobby. No breakfast available in restaurant-just some "pastries" in plastic bags and coffee dispenser in lobby. Toilet broke down at 11 p.m., no maintenance staff on duty. Had to get luggage cart and change rooms on my own. No valet service-all luggage handled personally with luggage cart. Only one elevator to use. Dated furniture in room. One lamp out, no bulb replacement. Hall light near elevator out. Great location. Los Gatos is a beautiful town. Probably wouldn't stay there again until it is updated. RIght now it's a place frozen in time-maybe 1980. The new owner could turn this into a first class place appropriate to the town."

"Wonderful older otel saint and tradition. Clean excellent rooms. Towering cypress trees and a rose garden. beautiful neighborhood. Short walk to town square and shopping, restaurants. Great for avoiding modern sterility. Clean room and bath, easy free parking."

"We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this hotel. The location was excellent — very convenient. There were so many restaurants nearby, with a great variety of choices, and two large shopping centers were also within a short walking distance, which made everything extremely convenient during our stay. Our room was a good size, very clean, and well maintained. The bed was especially comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Cupertino."

"Quirky..but cool. Only 10 minutes from downtown saratoga. Clean, well stocked rooms. It did take quite a while for the water to warm up. There is no desk ir person on site, a pre-email from them would be helpful. Just know what you rented and the key is there! Wifi is slow and patchy, as is cell service but satellite working ok for texts"

"Upon arrival I was told to move my vehicle from where I parked it because of others needing to park. I moved it twice, because the owner told me in a ride condescending manner. I ended up during my stay, parking in the same space that I was told to move from when I first arrived, because of the tight parking that was available. It is not appropriate for the location. The kitchen was dirty. The stove had grease all over, the available utensils where a Hodge podge collection, they're was no pots or pans for cooking available, the oven was filthy with burnt food. There was an ant and spider problem. The bed sank in so bad like it was a giant pillow. The bathroom had left over items from previous people. A couple of condoms in the medicine cabinet, along with a dirty used deodorant stick, a rusted fingernail clipper, a plastic bottle filled with unknown dirty looking fluid, a couple of hair dye boxes, used raiser, and other odd stuff. The outside of the property was left had trash all around it. The outside patio furniture was aged, sun baked and dirty. It was not like in the photos at all. I would advise that no one rent this property. It was a horrible stay. Not worth the drive it took up the mountain to get to. I have pictures of it all. I didn't leave because I had a funeral to attend to that was going to be over the next few days and couldn't find another place to stay in such short notice."
