"The Jacuzzi Rocks! Beautiful property, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The mini suite was spacious with nice furnishings. We will be come back again soon for another visit."

"We have stayed here and had good service and pleasant rooms in the past. This time was a complete disappointment. The room seemed to be under construction. They seemed to be changing the bathroom to ADA compliance. The huge, doorless shower was joined by a low toilet jammed into a tight corner. Combination towel rack/grab bars were hung at awkward heights. The bedroom’s overhead room fan was not working. The room darkening drape was torn at the top corner and did not close out the light from outside. One of the four bulbs in the overhead light was out. The venetian blind in the bathroom window would not lower after opening the window. The bed was comfortable, the linen was clean but we were very disappointed in the room. It was not a last minute reservation. We have visited yearly in the past."

"Hotel is very dated and definitely not worth the high price it once was. Room was large and comfortable. Appreciate that hotel is dog friends ($75 for two dogs max). Restaurant/bar wasn’t open on a Saturday which was weird. Staff was very friendly."

"Unit 25 was a large upgraded room; if you get it, enjoy! Large room, Jacuzzi tub and separate shower that was well lit, bidet toilet that auto opens/close and flushes, a small porch with a cafe table in the morning sun. Mind you, the overall Lodge is still a remodeled motel, so there is some charm in its layout. They’ve done a nice job with the grounds near the back of the property and to make it feel comfortable and well appointed. Continental breakfast is pretty standard stuff, but staff were nice and welcoming and check in and out was easy."

"The host was extremely rude towards my wife. She got chased by the chickens and when I explained it to the host he was being sarcastic about it. I didn’t spend the night , I left the property 10 mins upon arrival."

"A hidden gem just outside of downtown Los Gatos. The property is beautifully manicured, the house is immaculate, and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Our dog very much enjoyed the open areas to romp and I enjoyed relaxing evenings on the patio listening to the sounds of the frogs and the wind in the trees. Our host, Rezan, was so kind and thoughtful. Our communication was excellent, and we even had fresh croissants shared with us, and a beautiful token to take home as a memory. It's the type of place that makes you want to stay forever."

"Be aware this is primarily a loft sleeping situation. If that doesn’t put you off, you will love this location. Private, secluded though not far from the center of town or Saratoga. Ideal if you want to do your own cooking or need a caffeine fix before you head out. We were sorry our stay was so short and we didn’t have time to enjoy the garden more."
