No staff at the property but not a problem to me. Just email them if you want anything. No daily cleaning but you can pay for it if you want to have it. The room is pretty, new and clean. "We visited Florence again for our 25 wedding anniversary. Love the city and all it has to offer, but the icing on the cake was where we stayed. We stayed for 1.5 weeks and the accommodations made it feel like a 5 star experience. The staff was excellent and helpful, the electronic key was awesome, the views stunning and the grocery store was right around the corner. "We had an amazing time at the Rivalta Hotel. My husband and I stayed in two different River View suites over a week, and both were equally amazing. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond for us. When we arrived we discovered that one of our suitcase locks was broken, and they sent someone up with tools to help us get in to it. We loved the breakfast each morning and rooftop patio. Very happy with our entire visit and will absolutely be back!"
