Amazing location! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly kind and friendly, and they gave us great recommendations on where to eat and places to visit. They were always happy to help and made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Florence!

Great staff, very helpful and polite. The room size exceeded our expectations especially compared to most other stays in Europe which can be quite small. It was clean and comfortable and even came with a small welcome token which they are not obliged to do but a lovely gesture!

I just checked in, and instantly feel compelled to write a glowing endorsement for PopArtment. During a week around Italy with a different hotel every night, this is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed at yet. The room & bathroom is enormous, clean, you have your own kitchenette as well. And not only is it big, it feels good and updated, not a sketchy run down place like a lot of older European hotels can be like. Very friendly and helpful staff. The air conditioning is ice cold which is crucial in the blistering summer heat. It’s a 15 min walk from the train. Oh, and most important, is that the price was fantastic! $100 a night. Amazing value for the money. Yes the Ritz or Four Seasons may be nicer, but they’re also 5x + more expensive. For the price point PopArtment seriously cannot be beat anywhere in the world

So the apartment was outstanding for the money, spacious, clean, comfy, great layout and facilities. HOWEVER breakfast was a total farce! You get a voucher to take to a local bakery that doesn’t speak a word of English and you have an awful selection of pastry options. Bakery is a block away. Worst thing was the final two days they refused to give us our breakfast via our vouchers and ruined the experience. Point blank refused for no reason we could understand. Really odd. Would definitely use Popartment again but never pay for the breakfast option

Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The courtyard was a comfortable place to relax outdoors. Nice and quiet neighborhood, but walking distance to cafes. Would definitely stay here again.

A practical option for a quick stay. Staff was friendly and helpful, parking was available and the hotel is close to the tram station that takes you into town, which made it very convenient. The property needs some freshening up but overall, good value for the stay.

The room was very spacious and overall a great place to stay during our time in Florence. Very close to the tram which either takes you to the airport or the city centre in under 30mins. The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay, which we appreciated.
