We enjoyed having the space to eat dinner at a table in our room after a long day of sightseeing. Having quick proximity to restaurants was also helpful. Although I really appreciated and generally understood the many door security measures, it was a bit surprising at first. However, we always felt safe...

"Love the room! Clean well stacked, clean. Located walking distance from the train station and most importantly was able to check in late with the live person! Beds were ready and made for us. Highly recommend this place!"

"Quaint. Feels like you are staying in the real Florence. Desk manned for only a portion of the day. If you are arriving late, ensure you contact hotel for entry codes and room key. There is a code to building, code to floor of hotel and then key to room. Walkable from train station and walkable to attractions."

"The location was excellent . Nic was very helpful and he recommended great places for meals. He also went the extra mile to call and make dining reservations for us and got a taxi for us when we left on the last day. The room looks new and really clean. We are not too big so the bathroom size is still alright. The rooms are not sound proofed, we are not light sleepers so noise did not affect us much. Overall, it was an excellent accommodation for us. "
