"We loved Hotel Palazzo Vecchio! Our room had a balcony with a view of the Duomo. The hotel was very clean and our room was very nice. The staff was great and helped answer many of our questions. They gave us a paper map and highlighted the places we wanted to see in Florence. Everything was within walking distance but we also logged over 20,000 steps a day. It was super convenient to the train station and many great local establishments close by to eat and drink. We highly recommend this hotel."

"I had a very good experience during my stay in this hotel. Very clean, staff are very nice and friendly and polite.Rooms are very clean, great showers in the rooms, the breakfast they serve is awesome, they give tiny jam jars to you instead of jam in plastic containers, cut fruits, pancakes, eggs in different varieties, etc. even snacks you can grab to go on your busy walking day ahead! They place a bag of a kind note and tuscany special biscotti at your door on the night before your check out, which was a very nice gesture by them. Air conditioner in the rooms works well. There are enough power outlets and cloth hangers, the bathroom is well facilitated as well. The minibar in the room is very good too."

"Very good location. Ideal for the train station and walking into Florence. Very nice dinning area and breakfast selection. Can get a little crowded outside the hotel with people waiting for trams/buses. But that’s no fault of the hotel. "
