"What a lovely hotel! The staff was always exceedingly helpful and friendly. It is a very clean, beautiful, and well appointed hotel with a nice bar too. I loved our luxurious bath and wonderful robes. The breakfast had any and everything one could want with a very kind wait staff. The location was perfect! You are just a minutes walk from the train station and close to everything you will want to do in Florence. Wonderful stay- we will be back! "

"I loved my stay at Rivoli hotel, the staff is so nice and very helpful. The building itself is beautifully decorated, and the courtyard and jacuzzi are great, especially to escape the summer heat in the middle of the day. I would definitely stay again. I stayed in a single room, and it had all the amenities necessary to make my stay very comfortable! Also, the wifi was pretty strong for a hotel. The only downside was that I had a street facing room, and the street was sometimes noisy at night....

"The most PERFECT location for a hotel I've witnessed. Beautiful, very large square outside with the magnificent Santa Maria Novella church across the square. Eateries and shops line the courtyard, making it wonderful to peruse at leisure. Walking distance from the train station, but not too close to be noisy or worrisome. From the hotel you can walk to anything in the town, but it's far away enough from the hub of it to avoid the crowds and noise. Very excellent, clean hotel, wonderfully...

"Great location for easy access into the city without being dead-centre. Lovely staff who offered to send a piece of clothing I'd left behind and offered suggestions on our trip. Good pool on top as well which is heated and offered great views"

"We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Hotel Executive. The room, including the bathroom, was impeccably clean. I especially enjoyed the large bathtub to soak in. Our room also included a terrace, which I requested as a treat for our Honeymoon and they gave it to us complimentary in addition to a bottle of champagne and strawberries. That said, the service was excellent. Leading up to our trip, their management messaged us to arrange activities on our behalf. We didn't end up needing anything, but...
