"Great location close to the Santa Maria Novella train station. Friendly service and very spacious room. Beds were pretty hard for our liking but overall great experience."

"This was the second stay for us at the Hotel Santa Maria Novella. All that we loved about it the first time we enjoyed again. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast is very good, the bar is fantastic, the location is fabulous for walking around the core area of Florence. While we did get an upgrade with a sitting area, the room was a bit dark, but our kids' room was very bright with a great view as was the case with our first visit. We would definitely return on our next trip to Firenze!"

"Excellent Hotel. Has cold A/C! Walking distance from train station. Fabulous food nearby. Grest breakfast. Only thing missing is a bar for drinks. Other that fanatastic!"

"Our stay was amazing. We were in Florence for a family wedding. The amenities for gatherings, both the Piazza patio and roof top bar was great. Staff were wonderful."

"The staff was awesome and the area fantastic. The rooftop view amazing. I would caution though to make sure there are no stairs to your room once you get out of the elevator. We ended up with 17 stairs to get to our room. My bad as I should have asked or made it known we needed accessibility. Lesson learned. Overall we did okay. "
