"A very nice hotel with great staff members. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly, assisting us with every matter we had. The room was nice and clean, but the bathroom was a little small, but it didn’t affect our stay. The breakfast was good and staff was excellent. One thing I would like to inform everyone about is that there are two movie channels that have American movies, which I watched overdubbed in Italian. "Excellent place to stay! The host was absolutely wonderful—so kind, welcoming, and informative! On our first day, he gave us a map and shared some great recommendations for must-see places in the area. He was also very handsome and had such a lovely smile! 😊 The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"Overall excellent experience! Our room was beautiful with an amazing painting on the ceiling! Breakfast brunch was very tasty and varied, including real italian coffee. Staff was available and very accomodating. Highly recommended!"

"Everything was wonderful about our stay at The Moon Hotel and Spa. The room was beautiful and clean, the staff were friendly and helpful and it was a great location for sightseeing in Florence. We especially appreciated the very generous breakfast that was always served efficiently and with a smile. We would definitely stay again."

"Friendly staff, well located property. Would recommend."

"Very nice"

"Clean room, very comfy beds and quiet room. Great breakfast and good location."

"Very convenient proximity to train station"

"Super cute boutique hotel in great location. My room for 1 was small but clean and cozy and most importantly very quiet at night. The breakfast in the morning was amazing- lots of options, delicious desserts and croissants and coffee. It’s on the 4th floor of residential building so you gotta take teeny tiny elevator up or go stairs."

"The place was lovely and chic. The staff were friendly. It was a quiet neighborhood; it was a walk to the hot spots, but I needed a calm place. It was safe for a female solo traveler. If you want a place where locals eat and explore; stay here!"

"هادئ جداً ، بناء أثري قديم ذو طارز كلاسيكي ، قريب من محطة القطار ، قريب من وسط المدينة التاريخي"
